Our website is up to date with available stock. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible with couriers practicing contactless collection and delivery.

Yes, Razaaiwala is an Indian registered Company. All our products are Made In India according to Government Guidelines.

No, we currently don’t have gift vouchers. But we will update you shortly.

Where are your goods manufactured?

We have always believed in Make In India programme, started by our honorary Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. We get our products manufactured from small villages and the small artisans, so that their skill is recognised and valued all over the world.

Are all Razaaiwala products handmade?

Yes all our products are fully handmade by skilled artisans. In case of power loom, The fabric is adorned with different hand-block prints, decorations, hand-screen prints, embroidery.

What all sizes are available in Razaaiwala Quilts?

We have two standard quilt sizes available. The sizes are 90”x108” and 90”x60”. As our quilts are handmade, the measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (approximately 5 cms). These have been mentioned in the description box of the products.

How will I know if you have received my order?

During the payment process, you will receive a confirmation that your card has been successfully processed. Once you have placed the order with us and have paid, you will receive a confirmation mail from us.

How do I check my order status?

Once the order is placed, you can check your order status anytime through My Orders by logging in to your Razaaiwala Account on our website. We try to dispatch all our orders within two working days from our warehouse and then you can track your order from the UPS provided to you.

Is it safe to use my Credit card Online at Razaaiwala.com?

We do not save Credit card information/ Your account details on our website. Your information is safe with our payment solution provider- CC Avenue.

What if an item is Out Of Stock?

We try our best to keep our stock updated. However, sometimes unexpected demand exceeds our supply. If you have placed an order for a product that is not in stock, we will inform you with an email and credit your credit card within two working days. If in future, the product is back in stock we hope to notify you so that you can place an order with us.

Do I have to sign up for a Razaaiwala Account if I want to buy from Razaaiwala.com?

No, you don’t need to sign up for a Razaaiwala Account For making a purchase on our website. Once you place an order, your account will be automatically created on our website and you can use that for tracking your orders and making purchases in the future.

SHIPPING 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to process the order as early as possible. We usually require 5-6 working days to dispatch your order.After dispatching the order, our delivery partners usually take 3-7 working days to deliver the package, considering the shipping address provided by you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No. We are unable to provide Expedited shipping at the moment.

How is my order shipped?

All Razaaiwala orders are shipped door to door, Via our delivery partners within India from our warehouse in Jodhpur, India to your provided shipping address.

Will everything ship together?

Yes, everything will be shipped together as we do not process back orders. Whatever is in stock will be shipped.

Can I Ship Different Items In My Order To Different Shipping Addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Why was my package undelivered?

Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable:

Incorrect Address: Razaaiwala does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closes, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, Courier Partner is unable to deliver your package. We will try to catch this problem prior to shipping. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closes, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure that you do not supply a Post Office Box address for your shipping address.

Failed Delivery Attempts: In case of International and domestic deliveries the shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. In case of International deliveries for orders over $400 DHL generally requires a signature. For orders less than $400 it is the discretion of the DHL driver if a signature is required. If any duties or taxes are due, then the shipping company will require payment at the time of delivery. If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If the driver deems it necessary to obtain a signature and has made three delivery attempts, then the package is returned to us as undeliverable. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company’s customer service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Mastercard, Visa, American Express (an online real-time authorization is done through Payment Gateway).

When will I be charged?

Your will be charged once you place your order and your card has been processed successfully through a secure payment gateway.

Will you share my information with others?

No. We will not share your information with others. You can have a look at our Privacy Policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return and refund policy?

Once the product is delivered to you, you can return it if you’re not satisfied with the product. You can either exchange it with any other product of the same price or more, or the amount paid for the product will be transferred to your wallet and you can use it as a coupon for future purchases. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of the product. If you wish to return the product you will have to pay for the return, or it will be deducted from the copon that will be provided to you for future purchases.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item you need to go through the refund process. We will provide a coupon, that will be equal to the amount of the purchase you made ( if you have paid for the return separately, otherwise it will be *Refund-Return*). You must place a new order for the replacements you like and then you put your coupon code on your way to checkout.
